Enough is enough

Where do we draw the line? You can't just sit on the fence all day! No-one ever became a somebody by plonking onto every fence they came across. Collectively, as a nation, Australia must decide; where's the line? A religious upbringing instills in a child the ability to see the destructive behaviour of an unrestrained sexual behaviour, which they term; lust. For those Aussies who receive a secular upbringing, sexual promiscuity is secretly encouraged through the indirect method of educative omission. State schools teach how to avoid unhealthy drug use but fail to recognise lust as the most deadly drug of all. By avoiding to teach about chastity, children learn through social behaviours they witness in public and through media.

Through the politically correct rhetoric of womem's freedom, a ladies' private parts are becoming increasingly exposed in public. Our promiscuous culture feeds a very profitable industry; The Porn Empire. After all, we know that sex sells, doesn't it. Well first it sells your soul, and then it takes your money. As if we need another story that highlights porn's devastating effects on society, look no further than this article on the ABC news website:

http://www.abc.net.au/news/2013-10-18/court-reminds-parents-of-dangers-of-pornography/5032536

Do our children need to be watching explicit videos? Pornography captures the mind, and then perverts it. Well done Australia, we are raising a bunch of perverts!! Give your applause, please, ladies and gentlemen, put your hands together, for the morally-corrupted nation of Australia!!! Yeah!!! Aussie, Aussie, Aussie, Oi, Oi, Oi.

Lust is the perverted form of sexuality. Sexuality itself is not evil. Lust however, is like a burning fire. Now, how many logs can you feed a fire before it says "stop". Pornography fuels an addiction that corrupts our soul. Do we want our generations growing up with this? Do you know how many Aussies watch this filth? If we want a better society, with strong families, responsible leaders, honest, hard workers, then we need a national high-school education curriculum that addresses pornography just as we do for drugs that are of less of a concern like marijuana and cocaine.

How low can you go?

No, this is not a game of limbo. Far, far more deadly. This game wagers for your soul. If you see life as having meaning, then there is more to life. If there is more to life, we lift our spirits up in hope. We tarry not by the wayside; engaging ourselves in foolish pursuits, wasting our time in self-absorbed trivialities, and holding back our frown from turning upside down with a self-imposed narcissism. With high spirits, we try to be all that we can be, forever striving towards greatness. To strive towards greatness is to realise we are far from it, and thus in need of constant improvements. These blogs are dedicated to those blessed souls who acknowledge that there's more to life, and strive wholeheartedly in that direction.

One can see this life merely as a test. A test of who we are, and what we're composed of. What do we do, say, think, consume, buy, chase and avoid? What are our appetites? Remember, you are what you eat! Have you lost your appetite? Well, then, you were feeding on the wrong stuff! Ha ha. Fool. Try again. Maybe in the next life.

Drink coca-cola, aka 'the-battery-terminal-cleaner', fast-food, artificial chemicals in your junk food and watch some violent movies. Hang out with the wrong crowd and conduct criminal activities while your at it. See where this takes you. Down, to see the Devil and the bottom of the deep blue sea. How low can you go? How low can you go, till you stop and say no?

Drink water, clean and fresh water when you're thirsty, healthy-balanced whole-some meals and flick on some Charlie Chaplin. Or maybe a doco. Take your pick. Listen to your heart and let your friends be chosen from the place that never lies, and be as honest as you can be. See where that takes you. One life, two directions; you choose; up, or down. Up, where it gets cooler and less restrained, or down, where the compression heats you up and burns you down.

Everything we do takes us in either direction. You must choose. Do nothing, and wont get the benefit of the doubt. Everyday, we are faced with decisions we must make that makes us who we are. Do we work for a cause or for money? Do we love our partner, or do we use them up? Are we nice to others, or didn't anyone teach you that? Do we think too highly of ourselves, or do we know our place?

Do we value integrity and peace, or do we sell what is priceless? Our society is raised with a price on happiness, honour, and innocence. Does it matter how much we make selling ourselves out? I'm reminded of a little story i heard. A very wealthy man approaches an attractive lady and asks her whether she would sleep with him for one million dollars. Her face lights up and she immediately accepts the offer. The man then says, "What about for a hundred bucks?". Outraged, she snaps at him, "What am I, a cheap slut?", to which he replies, "Well yes, we've already established that, now we're just haggling on the price". You can put a price on the priceless. Its value cannot be traded for anything at all.

Unfortunately what we are seeing in our society today is this very thing. It burns my heart to see young women all the time dressed up like Hugh Hefner's fantasy. C'mon girls, your worth more than that. If you were forced to put on an orange prison jumpsuit, you'd feel bad. Wear a suit, and you'll feel professional and productive. Wear your pyjamas to work and you'll feel like an idiot. Dress like an off-duty prostitute and you'll feel guilty.

And guys, look at a homeless man and you'll feel your spirits drop. Look at a star, and those spirits will soar. Look at a bikie and you may get scared. Check out a 'babe' and you'll share their guilt. Lust is like a raging fire, which constantly needs more logs to keep going. How many logs can you feed a fire before it says it has had enough? Lust, i.e. unbridled sexual longing, will devour you, I promise. The demon of lust is never satisfied. One must stop feeding the hand that bites you. The vice of lust leads to unfavourable lifestyle choices and habits such as porn and promiscuous dating. This leads to regular, unnecessary acts of male ejaculation; a habit that wastes so much energy and robs your spirit of its finer qualities. With a generation of unchaste men, spilling their seeds and losing their strength, the future of Australia is not guaranteed.

Our school education system needs to teach children the values of sexual honour, and the importance of retaining their seeds, instead of teaching them how to bloody masturbate and draw vaginas. Our society must rebuild itself from the degradation that porn has inflicted upon us. Women must be held sacred and honoured as the passage of life. Not downgraded into sex objects of transitory thrill. Do or die, just don't lie. How far would you go?
